With the Rewind History Brush you can also undo and redo history in a way that was not previously possible, as you can quickly visualize and control the changes you are making at any point in time.

Adobe Creative Cloud users can now sync edits across the Adobe Lightroom CC (version 8.1) and Photoshop CC (version 8.1) applications. Using either application, set the right tool as your source image, create or refine your edits in Photoshop, and then the next time you launch Lightroom, your editing progress is automatically synced with your current image.
Set a publication sequence. Now, any future print and online asset you create for your publication can be automatically set up for print and web. Automatically sync the sequence to other Editions of Lightroom or Photoshop.
Automated graphics tools can become tedious when you need to create repetitive elements, like texts or buttons. Shorten the process by using a set of parameters that can be applied to multiple selected text or graphics. Because Adobe Motion CC is built on the same technology as Adobe Creative Cloud, all of the tools are available, as well as the ability to create an unlimited number of projects and outputs.
In contrast, the Windows desktop edition was never available on the Mac App Store. However, the inability to update it has not been a major issue; you can download a new version of Photoshop or later update to one released after June 2014 by visiting YouTube or the Adobe website.
For the time being, the PSE (Photo Software Edit) tools on macOS then macOS EL Capitan (10.11) are web based, so you can save your edits, publish them on the web, and then open them on the desktop version. In the new Photoshop, you’ll find the usual suite of standard editing tools include the familiar Layer panel, Toolbar, and History panels, File Access Panel, Adjustments panel, and 3D Ramp display, and a new Filters layout panel. On the design layer, you’ll find a color picker and a powerful eraser to remove unwanted pixels or restore colors.
You can also create animations with the tool set that includes motion paths and motion blur (called warp previews), and create advanced composites using new features in Photoshop. The shift to Processing mode (P) is a really nice feature that’s inspired by the De-Bug system that Apple now uses for its mobile apps. Processing mode takes advantage of the power of a Mac’s Dual-Core Intel processor to make massive edits faster and more accurate.
Other exciting changes include the addition of the new Adobe Stock library of image and video files, an adjustable photo frame in the Adjust panel that offers a curated set of filters, several new video features, and more. New in-camera tools and features include the ability to make adjustments to the shadows or highlights in specific areas of an image, more control over exposure and focus in the Develop module and embedded previews of presets, as well as an expanded My Favorites feature.
It is always fun to experiment with new features, particularly in a time-tested application like Photoshop like this year. But what has us particularly excited about 2015’s version of Photoshop is the new Photoshop Sketch feature. Use the new feature to apply whatever you like, and then when you’re finished, hand over the original image to anyone who needs it. Sketch features are pretty new to Photoshop 2015, so we’re excited to see what future creators can do with it.
One of the most ergonomically-fascinating changes in Photoshop may be the new font size feature. One of the most popular requests from users is to be able to change the font size simply by entering a percentage measurement. You can now do this by clicking the Font Size icon in the bottom-right corner of the Options bar and then enter hexidecimal digits into the measurement prompt. For example, setting the font size from 10pt to 100% would place the new font size at 1 pixel. Analogously, setting the font to 100% would put it at 100 pixels in height.
You may have already noticed an intriguing new feature when you’ve installed Photoshop 2015 from the DVD. In the top left, two new buttons have been added to the Photoshop icon. Click one and the app will launch and display the app’s iconic interface. This is a great way for beginners to get to grips with Photoshop.
